Get To Know: Alice

My love of Disney started at a young age and my love for Disney parks was no exception.

My parents were Disney obsessed when they were in their late 20's early 30's, just like I am now. We went to Disney World and Disneyland growing up. I may not remember much but I do remember the castle made into a cake in 1996 and doing both Disneyland and Disney World in 2000. We celebrated Christmas in Disneyland that year, which was insane but such a good memory.

My dad was the first family member to discover pin trading in 2000 when he received pins from playing Who Wants To Be A Millionaire in Disneyland. He passed along a Mickey and Minnie wedding pin when Chris and I got married. It's one of my favorite wedding presents.

While I adore pin trading my time in the parks is spent behind a camera. I love photographing everything. While we shared most of our belongings as a married couple, the camera we have is mine. I took two years of photography in high school, where I found my passion for photos. I can be found in the parks trailing behind everyone getting one last shot before we go onto the next thing.

I'm also our families planning and packing wizard. I spend, as my family will willingly tell you, too much time planning our trips to the world. We have a pretty relaxed way of touring the parks compared to the planning I put into our trips. I'm no different with packing. I would say I'm always in packing prep mode. I love to spend time watching packing videos on YouTube. I'm always learning how other people pack and adding what I like to my packing routine.

As you can see we are Disney obsessed and wouldn't have it any other way. We want to share our obsession with others. We have so much more to see and do, so join us as we go Exploring The Kingdom.

Marvel's Avengers: Age Of Ultron Movie Review

Before I begin this movie review, it may contain SPOILERS if you haven't seen Avengers Age Of Ultron yet, so readers beware.

Avengers Age Of Ultron has come and gone now, and Joss Whedon has taken us on another action-packed, thrill ride, with some brief moments of humor with our favorite Earth's Mightiest Heroes! Age Of Ultron see's all of the original actors reprising their roles, along with a few new characters being introduced (Scarlet Witch & Quicksilver). James Spader was cast as the voice of Ultron, which I thought fit that role perfectly.

In Age Of Ultron we see the Avengers back together and fighting as a unified team. Things seem to be going their way until Scarlet Witch plays with Tony Starks mind and showing him his biggest fears This leads Tony (with the help of Bruce Banner) to create artificial intelligence. With good intentions they accomplish this, but it brings Ultron to life and he wants to destroy the earth just to make it better. With the help of Scarlet Witch, Ultron has divided the Avengers against one another. The Avengers must decide if they can work together or not to defeat Ultron, be sure to check it out in theaters now!

Overall in my opinion, I loved the movie. I have now seen it twice and even though it changes the story from how things happened in the comics, I think that Marvel has done a great job in creating a new story, and fitting it all together in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I would give this movie a 10/10, as I feel like it has surpassed the first Avengers movie. The action sequences that take place, especially the Hulk and the Hulkbuster (I love that they named it Veronica, as in Betty and Veronica from the Archie comics) are over the top. But action aside, I think we learn a lot more about the Avengers as we see in some their pasts, it's not easy being a hero.

It had me on the edge of my seat till the very end, and I can't wait to see how the story unfolds more as we head into Civil War. I am excited to see what heroes take Stark's side and what heroes take Captain Americas side. 364 days till Captain America Civil War...
